bjantiques does not use cookies nor any other type of hidden data collection method. Cookies are used for the forum only to assist you in logging in.

Data Distribution
The data collected through joining any of my mailing lists is for my use only.
It will not be sold, exchanged, nor passed on to any third party unless I have the express permission of the person concerned, and this in the form of an email backed by a fax confirmation. There will be NO exceptions to this rule.

By joining any of the mailing lists you are agreeing to receive emails from me.
All mailing lists are managed through the use of Add2it Pro scripts installed on my server and automatically include a link to allow you to un subscribe at any time you choose. This is fully automated and does not require my intervention.

If I am your sponsor in a program.
To enable me to work efficiently anyone who I am the sponsor of is placed onto my group mailing list.
I take being a sponsor for someone very seriously and look on it as my duty to keep them informed and up to date. The email is a newsletter and covers News, updates, and training information on the groups programs.

Spam policy
bjantiques is committed to a strict NO spam policy. By joining any of my lists you have agreed to receive emails from me. There is an opt out link in each email that is sent out from the lists should you wish to be removed. If you do not get a confirmation page and/or email acknowledging your opt out please contact me immediately.
No system is infallible so if you do not get some form of confirmation I need to know the system has failed so I can correct it.
Any one that makes a false spam complaint will be prosecuted and perused for damages.
Failure to use the remove link and/or not reporting the none receipt of a confirmation either through a web page and/or a confirmation email will be treated as a false complaint.
